absolutely horrendous experience. first, I was hit with a surprise $100 deposit–thanks for that! then, my room didn’t even have the kitchenette I paid for, and the staff acted like it was my fault! I was really hoping for a discount or something to make up for all this, but alas,just couldn’t get it. what a joke.
